Why GST ?? !! Is there a better option ?? Please read this 

I saw scholarly debate on GST in LS on March 29, 2017.

On the count of effort by the ruling Government to unify the tax to be collected of the effort of a common citizen, it may be good but there was no attempt to set free the common man from the bondage of Govt. depth.

The attempt need to be the money cost for all goods-services to be as low as possible & it be constant such that need/greed of money dies down.

An individual, who is not allowed to produce money, simply cannot pay any tax in terms of money.

Govt. need money to pay their salary & national development program that are for common good for all & that they can print & put in to circulation against national human & natural resource.

The element of human resource is productive for 25% of life span out of which 20 % can be assumed as tax to the National development program, that Government need to administrate. People are poor of money because bad administration of the Government but not poor of ability.

So each individual is employed by the Government for the period of say 10 years between their age 16 & 41 years, that is their highest energy years, Nation gets best of the efforts of the human resource + rewarded with enough Government produced Money such that the need & the greed of money dies down & the focus is on the Quality of life, living & National Development for which, enough Government created money is always available.

As it is, natural resource including land is free of money cost. All the money required is for human efforts that too for barter-ability. Otherwise, all are born & die free of the permission of the Government & live for free of money cost by their own ability & interaction with the Mother Nature. Mother Nature gives back in abundance in return of little human effort such that everyone has enough to live & prosper without the need of money.

What Government need to do is instead of taxing the common individual /every one for their honest efforts & natural living rights to be prosperous by their ability & interaction with nature; Government need to Pay-in Cash each individual, for the period of 10 years by taking their services for the National Development agenda Instead of asking for the payment of tax in form of cash/money.

The part of the National Development program need to be

-- Creating infrastructure to cater Roti-Kapda-Makaan for all at all the times.& Reinstate the spirit of family unity fortress, that provides protection & education to live for eachother.

-- Keep out of being "Trader" to any service, instead as much as possible make all facilities either free or of low price-tag to just cover the cost.

-- Provide energy to all free of cost or at as low cost as possible; that generates best productivity & Comfort to all individuals.

-- Create Quality infrastructure to comfortable mobility across the Nation such that all human energy is integrated & add-in ability to live/work anywhere, that may avoid polarization to uncomfortable only city life.

-- Create schooling/Learning program based on Vedic Norms/Constant Laws of Nature that makes each one able for living & performing (in line with nature’s law), starting at the age 16 years..  Higher education in their work field with practical while working. By virtue of education, make each one “Yog-Pravin” such that they do their duty with full concentration of mind & body, that they always do their job right the first time & with practice in speed such that they don’t need to be supervised.

-- Replace present Health-Care with Life Saving Aurvedic health care & its knowledge as fundamental learning in early years of life.

-- Create 5 zones to replace all states & central territory to reduce non producing governance cost.

-- Link Value of Money & commodity to gold & Humen work-hour standard to fix cost for ever.

-- Abolish pension scheme to Govt. employees & replace it with Social security to all for their survival skills in inability years.

-- Adopt “Jeevan-Lakshi” Ideology & get away from ideology ruled by capitalism.. to regain/scale culturally advance civilization, that world population may want to copy..

All this was living style in Bhaarat before British brought in their education & money + administration to ruin Bhaartiya Asmita.

Past 70 years of Independence in Bhaarat & now with BJP & Individuals like PM NaMo & Sate CM Aditynaath & their supporting team in Ruling chair, this is simply possible.

Not only them to do things But as an individual, even we need to live this vision as member of family, society & Nation.

Yes it is possible.

जबान फडफडाकर या लेखनी घिसड घिसड कर आलोचना करने में क्या जाता है?
आलोचना आसान है। आराम कुर्सी में मेंढक (प्रेक्षक)बन बैठे रहो;और टर्राते रहो।
अपने व्यवसाय में डूबे पैसा कमाने से जिन्हें फुरसत नहीं, वे दूर से मज़ा देखकर जबान की चर्पट पंजरी चलाते रहते हैं,और मोदी की कार्यवाहियों में मीन मेख निकालते रहते हैं; मार्गदर्शन करते हैं। जानते नहीं, कि, नरेन्द्र मोदी के सामने अनगिनत समस्याएँ हैं;काफी गम्भीर समस्याएँ! टंगी तलवारों-सी लटकती गम्भीर समस्याएँ-जो दशकों से लटकी पडी हैं।
      फिर भी, यह भारत माता का विनम्र सेवक दुर्दम्य ऊर्जा से दिन-रात माँ की सेवा में, लगा हुआ है। जो इसे अंतरबाह्य जानना चाहें, वें इसकी लिखी कविताओं की(गुजराती)पुस्तक *साक्षी भाव* पढें। भारतीय संस्कृति में श्रद्धा रखनेवाला, और उसके लिए दिन-रात कर्मठता से प्रयास करनेवाला, कर्मयोगी प्रधान मंत्री,आज तक के भारत के इतिहास में देखा नहीं; झूठ बोले कौआ काटे।

(दो)भारत माँ का लाल:
यह भारत माँ का लाल,प्रति दिन,४-५ घण्टे सोता है; योग-ध्यान भी करता है; अम्बा माँ का भक्त है।अम्बा माँ को लिखी इसकी गुजराती कविताएँ जिन्हों ने पढी होगी, वें जानते हैं। इसे, तितर-बितर करके घोंसला सौंपा गया था; उसे ही ठीक करने में लगा है।सारे चूहे जहाज डुबाकर भाग गए; और उपर से राष्ट्र की प्रगति में, बाधाएँ खडी कर रहें हैं। साथ साथ,अनपढ जनता को भरमा रहे हैं। बिकाउ मीडिया भी साथ दे रहा है।
पर, डूबते जहाज को बचाने ये भगीरथ अथक प्रयास कर रहा है। यह शुद्ध चारित्र्य वाला बन्दा योग करता है; शराब नहीं पीता; शाकाहारी है; और *कृण्वन्तो विश्वमार्यम* का आदर्श ले के चलता है। जानता है, भारत की वैश्विकता, विश्वगुरूता आधिपत्यवादी, संघर्षवादी  या वर्चस्ववादी नहीं है, समन्वयवादी है, सुसंवादवादी है। यही भारत की विशेषता है।
दुर्भाग्य है, संघर्षवादी शक्तियाँ भी भारत को अपने दर्पण में, स्वयं के संघर्षवादी प्रतिबिम्ब की भाँति देखती है।
पर मोदी, भारत में भी सभीका साथ चाहता है, सभी के विकास के लिए।
डाक्टर की औषधि भी पथ्यापथ्य में साथ दिए बिना परिणाम करती नहीं; तो यहाँ साथ दिए बिना,
सभी का विकास कैसे होगा? फिर यही लोग पूछेंगे कि, सबके  विकास का क्या हुआ? सारे बालटी में अपना पैर गाडकर मोदी से बालटी उठवा रहें हैं।और उपरसे पूछेंगे कि सबके विकास का क्या हुआ?
 साथ काला धन वाले भ्रष्टाचारी, साथ देंगे नहीं, और कहेंगे, कि,मोदी तू विकास कर के तो दिखा।

(तीन)किस कलंक पर लिखोगे?
रक्षात्मक उपायों से उसने,अपने चारित्र्य पर,आक्रात्मकता से (?) बचने के लिए, स्वयं को किलेबन्द कर सुरक्षित कर लिया है। अरे, जिन कार्यकर्ताओं और मित्रों ने दिनरात घूम घूम कर चुनाव में प्रचार किया था; उनसे भी मिलता नहीं है। मित्र भी समझदार है। समझते हैं, कि, भय है,कहीं विरोधक उंगली उठाएंगे तो?

(चार)पर कौनसे कलंक पर आप उंगली उठाओगे?
भ्रष्टाचार के? तो टिकेगा नहीं।
भाई भतिजावाद के?
परिवार के सदस्यों से भी दिल्ली में मिलता हुआ सुना नहीं।
काला धन आरोप ?
विशेष सफेद धन भी पास नहीं है।
स्विस बँक अकाउण्ट का आरोप ?
कोई प्रमाण नहीं।
कांचन और कामिनी?
न कांचन है, न कामिनी है।

(पाँच)भगवान बुद्धका आदर्श:
इसने भी भगवान बुद्ध की भाँति विवाहित जीवन का त्याग किया है।
बुद्ध ने तो पुत्र जन्म के बाद विवाहित जीवन का त्याग किया था।
इसने उसके पहले ही।
और, महाराष्ट्र के स्वामी रामदास ने भी विवाह के मंत्रोच्चारण में *शुभ मंगल सावधान* सुनकर सावधान हो कर,पलायन किया था।
तब विवाह के समय नरेंद्र की आयु भी(सुना है) १७ की ही थीं-नाबालिग और निर्दोष था। उसको विवश करनेवालों को दोष देना छोडकर नरेंद्र को ही दोषी मानना गलत है।
(छः)सूट पर कव्वालियाँ:
पर, जब टिकाकारों को कुछ हाथ नहीं लगता; तो फिर उसके सूट पर कव्वालियाँ लिखते हैं।और दुनिया भर के प्रवास पर संपादकीय (एडिटोरियल),लिखे जाते हैं।
पर, परदेश से निवेश की संभावना और सांख्यिकी अंधों को दिखती नहीं है।
इसने दो ही वर्षॊं में, दुनियाभर में भारत का सर ऊंचा उठा दिया है। जिस अमरिका ने बरसों तक प्रवेश (विसा) नहीं दिया था; उसने लाल दरी बिछाकर स्वागत किया था। (पर इन निन्दकों को यह दिखता नहीं है।}

(सात) नरेन्द्रके दोष:
कालाधन जिस शासन के रहते हुए स्विस बँन्क में पहुंचा था; उनका कोई दोष नहीं माना ? पर इस नरेन्दरवा का दोष है; क्यों कि, उसने काला धन  वापस नहीं लाया।  उसी पर लिख्खो और उसी काले धन का हिस्सा पाओ।यह बिका हुआ मीडिया भी एक दिन पकडा जाएगा-भगवान करे, ऐसा ही हो।

(आठ)असहिष्णुता?
 जिस सेक्युलर पार्टी नें अनुनय का आश्रय लेकर देशको बांट दिया; उसका दोष नहीं।असहिष्णुता का झूठा आधार लेकर, मोदी शासन का दोष प्रमाणित करने अवार्ड वापस हुए। ऐसी विभाजनवादी विचारधारा ने, सहिष्णुता का प्रमाण पत्र देने,राष्ट्रीय निष्ठा को असहिष्णु  बना दिया।
भारत को चाहनेवालों को समझना होगा; कि, हिन्दुत्व के वट वृक्ष तले ही सभी सुरक्षित रह पाएंगे। सहिष्णुता हिन्दुत्व की ही देन है।
जरा निम्न समीकरण का उत्तर दीजिए।
(नौ)भारत - हिन्दुत्व = ?
 भारत - हिन्दुत्व = ?
भारत से हिन्दुत्व हटा तो सहिष्णुता समाप्त हो जाएगी।
बिना हिन्दुत्व का भारत भारत ही नहीं होगा।
युनानो मिस्रो रूमा जैसे भारत भी मिट जाएगा।
भारत की पहचान हिन्दुत्व से ही है। बिना हिन्दुत्व भारत एक जमीन का टुकडा रह जाएगा।

(दस) मोदी को श्रेय:

दूर सुरक्षित और आरक्षित स्थान पर बैठे बैठे,आप मोदी को, प्रमाण पत्र देते रहिए।और कहीं उसकी गलती होने पर, अपनी ही पीठ ठोकते रहिए।अकर्मण्य मूर्ख तालियाँ बजानेवाले स्वयं को उस भगीरथ से बडा समझते हैं। और बताते हैं,कि कैसे (परिश्रमी भगीरथ की ठोकरों की)इन्होंने  पहले ही  भविष्य़वाणी की थी।बिलकुल प्रेडिक्ट कर दिया था।पर, श्रेय आपका नहीं, श्रेय(क्रेडिट) उसका है, जो रणक्षेत्रमें जूझ रहा है।

(ग्यारह)रूजवेल्ट का कथन:
रूजवेल्ट===>कुछ अलग शब्दों में यही कहते हैं। जिसका चेहरा धूल, पसीने और खून से लथपथ  है; जो वीरता  का परिचय दे रहा है। उससे  गलतियाँ भी हो सकती हैं। क्योंकि
त्रुटि और क्षतियों  के बिना कोई प्रयास होता ही नहीं । लेकिन बंदा फिरसे
अपने आप को सुधार भी लेता है। यह मौलिक नेतृत्व है। किसी सुनिश्चित रेखापर चलकर कोई
मौलिक नहीं हो सकता। ईश्वर करे, मोदी सफल हो; जो इस भगीरथ अभियान में स्वयं को खपा रहा है। धन्य है। क्या मोदी को भी स्विस अकाउण्ट में काला धन जमा करना है?

आराम से बैठे बैठे कभी तालियाँ बजाकर तालियों को ही सफलता का श्रेय देनेवाले सज्जनों और यदि असफल हुआ, तो उसका  ठीकरा मोदी के सर फोडनेवाले वाकपटुओं को रुझवेल्ट का उद्धरण देख लेना चाहिए। कहते हैं, जो क्रियावान है, वही पण्डित है । (यः क्रियावान् स हि पण्डितः)
भारत में आलोचकों की त्रुटि नहीं। पैसे के पसेरी मिल जाएँगे। पहलवान कैसे हारा का,विश्लेषण करनेवाले को कोई श्रेय नहीं दिया जा सकता।
(बारह)मूल अंग्रेज़ी:

(बारह)साथ किसका?
 साथ तो उसका दिया जाए, जो अथाह  परिश्रम  कर रहा है। दिनरात भारत के भव्य स्वप्न को सामने रख कर जूझ रहा है। ऐसे कर्म योगी भगीरथ पर मैं मेरी सारी साख दाँव पर लगाने के लिए सिद्ध हूँ।
दो वर्ष पूर्व अमावस्या की अंधकारभरी दारूण निराशा को इस लाल ने  आज आशा में बदल दिया है। यह किसी भी चमत्कार से कम नहीं।
इस सच्चाई को अस्वीकार करनेवाले पूर्वाग्रह दूषित, कालाधन वाले, भ्रष्टाचार से लिप्त लोग हैं। सारे विरोधक अपने अपने स्वार्थ से प्रेरित हो, छद्म विरोधका चोला ओढे हैं।
दुर्भाग्य है, कुछ अज्ञानी जनता को, उकसाकर अपना स्वार्थ सिद्ध करनेवाले, और देश को गर्त में ढकेलनेवाले नाटकी नौटंकीबाज भी साथ है।
महा-भ्रष्टाचारी कांग्रेस और सटरं-पटरं  पार्टियों की देश-घातकी अदूरदर्शी घोर स्वार्थी नीतियों से भी उसे निपटना है। देश विरोधी एन जी ओ ज़ भी इनके साथ है। एन जी ओ तो छद्म रीतिसे भारत को खोखला करने सुसज्जित है। साथ है, अज्ञानी अनपढ जिन्हें भ्रष्ट नेता उकसाकर राजनीति कर रहे हैं।

(तेरह) संसार की पाँच शक्तियाँ
संसार की  बडी पाँच शक्तियाँ  दोहरी नीतियाँ अपनाती रहेंगी। अंतर्राष्ट्रीय कूट नीति की पुस्तकें स्पष्ट कहती हैं। ये पांच हमारी (कॉम्पिटिटर) स्पर्धक भी हैं, और हमारी समृद्धि से लाभ उठाने के लिए लालायित भी, इस लिए मित्रता का दिखावा भी करती रहेंगी। जब साथ देंगी तो शब्दों के फूल बिखेरेगी। यह हृदय परिवर्तन नहीं है।  जब साथ नहीं होगी, तो, फिलॉसॉफी झाड कर उदासीनता (Neutrality) का अभिनय करेंगी। जिससे उनका अपना कम से कम नुकसान होगा। Politics Among Nations नामक हॅन्स मॉर्गन्थाउ लिखित Text book पाठ्य पुस्तक ऐसा ही कहती है।
(चौदह) कृष्ण की चतुराई

पर हमारे बंदे को, कृष्ण की चतुराई से काम लेना है। राम के आदर्श को सामने रखने का यह अवसर नहीं है। उसे चतुर भी होना है। सभीका साथ भी चाहिए। और सभीका विकास भी चाहिए।
इस घोर कलियुग में भ्रष्ट भारतीय राजनैतिक परिस्थिति में, अकेला  भगीरथ जूझ रहा है। सामने सांडों का संगठित विरोध है। साथ घर के भेदी भी हैं। अपनत्व की छद्म पहचान  बनाकर  भी आए हैं।
आश्चर्य है, कि,मोदी सभी पर भारी है।एक मित्र मोदी की टिका कर रहे थे। मैंने पूछा आप के मत में मोदी से अच्छा चुनाव जीतने की क्षमता वाला कौन सा नेता है?
उन्होंने बहुत सोचा। कोई उत्तर नहीं दे पाए।

 मैं इस भारत माँ के पुत्र पर दाँव लगाने तैयार हूँ।

Who built Mumbai..

WHO BUILT BOMBAY?

According to ancient history, a grouping of seven islands comprising Colaba, Mazagaon, Old Woman's Island, Wadala, Mahim, Parel, and Matunga-Sion formed a part of the kingdom of Ashoka the Great of Magadh, ironically in North India.

The seven islands of Mumbai passed through many hands, the sultans of
Gujarat, the Portuguese and the British. Every ruler left behind proof of
residence in Mumbai.

The Mauryans left behind the Kanheri, Mahakali and the caves of Gharapuri
more popularly called Elephanta. The sultans of Gujarat built the Dargahs at
Mahim and Haji Ali, the Portuguese built the two Portuguese churches, one at Prabhadeviand the other St Andrews at Bandra.

They built forts at Sion, Mahim, Bandra and Bassien. The Portuguese named
the group of seven Islands 'Bom Baia', Good Bay. The British built a city
out of the group of seven islands and called her Bombay.

The original settlers of the seven islands, the Koli fishermen, worshiped
Mumbaidevi, her temple still stands at Babulnath near Chowpatty. The Kolis
called the island Mumbai, 'Mumba, Mother Goddess'.

In 1662, King Charles II of England married the Portuguese Princess
Catherine of Braganza, and received the seven islands of Bom Baia as part of his dowry. Six years later, the British Crown leased the seven islands to
the English East India Company for a sum of 10 pounds in gold per annum. It was under the English East India Company that the future megapolis began to take shape, after the first war for independence Bombay once again became a colony of the British Empire.

History has forgotten this but the first Parsi settler came to Bombay in 1640, he was Dorabji Nanabhoy Patel. In 1689-90, a severe plague epidemic broke out in Bombay and most of the European settlers succumbed to it.
The Siddi of Janjira attacked in full force. Rustomji Dorabji Patel, a trader
and the son of the city's first Parsi settler, successfully defeated the Siddi with the help of the Kolis and saved Bombay.

Gerald Aungier, Governor of Bombay built the Bombay Castle, an area that is even today referred to as Fort. He also constituted the Courts of law. He brought Gujarati traders, Parsi shipbuilders, Muslim and Hindu manufacturers from the mainland and settled them in Bombay.

It was during a period of four decades that the city of Bombay took shape. Reclamation was done to plug the breach at Worli and Mahalakshmi, Hornby
Vellard was built in 1784. The Sion Causeway connecting Bombay to Salsette was built in 1803. Colaba Causeway connecting Colaba island to Bombay was built in 1838. A causeway connecting Mahim and Bandra was built in 1845.

Lady Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy, the wife of the First Baronet Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy donated Rs 1,57,000 to meet construction costs of the causeway. She donated Rs. 1,00,000 at first.. When the project cost escalated and money ran out half way through she donated Rs 57,000 again to ensure that the vital causeway was completed. Lady Jamsetjee stipulated that no toll would ever be charged for those using the causeway. Today Mumbaikars have to pay Rs 75 to use the Bandra-Worli Sealink, connecting almost the same two islands. Sir J J Hospital was also built by Sir Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy.

The shipbuilding Wadia family of Surat was brought to Bombay by the British.

Jamshedji Wadia founded the Bombay Port Trust and built the Princess Dock in 1885 and the Victoria Dock and the Mereweather Dry Docks in 1891. Alexandra Dock was built in 1914.

A Gujarati civil engineer supervised the building of the Gateway of India.
The Tatas made Bombay their headquarters and gave it the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel and India 's first civilian airlines, Air India. The Godrejs gave
India its first vegetarian soap.

Cowasji Nanabhai Daver established Bombay 's first cotton mill, 'The Bombay Spinning Mills' in 1854. By 1915, there were 83 textile mills in Bombay largely owned by Indians.

This brought about a financial boom in Bombay. Although the mills were owned by Gujaratis, Kutchis, Parsis and Marwaris, the workforce was migrant
Mahrashtrians from rural Maharashtra. Premchand Roychand, a prosperous
Gujarati broker founded the Bombay Stock Exchange. Premchand Roychand
donated Rs 2,00,000 to build the Rajabai Tower in 1878.

Muslim, Sindhi and Punjabi migrants have also contributed handsomely to
Mumbai.

Apart from its original inhabitants, the Kolis, everyone else in Mumbai, are
immigrants.

When the Shiv Sena came to power in 1993, under the guise of reverting to
the original name they replaced Bombay with Mumbai.
